Careers · Summer 2025

UK developers are losing six figures on refusals that were predictable. Help us shorten that gap.

We're hiring a Summer Growth Intern, a Summer Analyst, and a Marketing Intern to push Rasmere into its first proper summer of growth. Real work on a problem that costs the industry millions every quarter. Remote, with upside that compounds.

Remote (UK preferred) ~10 to 20 hrs / week · Jun to SepRevenue share + mentorship
The honest part

What you get out of it.

We're a small early-stage team and we'd rather be straight with you than dress this up. Here's what every person on the team gets, in writing, on day one.

Direct mentorship from the founders

Weekly 1:1s, real product reviews, and full visibility into how an early-stage proptech is actually built and sold. No make-work.

Named references and a public credit

Strong performers leave with a written reference, LinkedIn recommendation, and named credit on the work shipped during the internship.

First call on paid work

If you ship and it lands, you get first refusal on paid contract work or a full-time role when we open headcount in the autumn.

Revenue share on what you source

Growth Intern: a percentage of revenue on every paying customer you source. Analyst: a finder's bonus on partner-tier deals you help close from your research.

Growth · Outbound · Content

Summer Growth Intern

Help us put Rasmere in front of the UK developers, planning consultants, and architects who need it. You'll own outbound experiments end-to-end and ship the kind of work that gets cited by name.

What you'll do
  • Run targeted outbound to developers and planning consultants. research, sequencing, follow-up.
  • Draft case-study posts and short-form content from real refusal patterns we surface.
  • Build and maintain a simple LPA + developer prospect list, kept current week to week.
  • Sit in on demo calls and feed objections + missing features straight back to the team.
What we're looking for
  • Sharp written English, allergic to filler.
  • Comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a CRM, willing to learn either fast.
  • Curious about UK property, planning, or proptech. you don't need prior experience.
  • Self-directed in a remote async environment.
Research · Planning data · Reports

Summer Analyst

Sit at the centre of what Rasmere actually sells. You'll dig into LPA decision notices, cluster refusal reasons, and help us harden the data that powers every report we ship.

What you'll do
  • Read and tag real planning decisions across UK LPAs.
  • Help structure refusal pattern libraries by application type and policy reference.
  • QA generated reports against source decision notices. flag misses, propose fixes.
  • Write short analyst notes summarising what's changing in a council month to month.
What we're looking for
  • Strong attention to detail. you spot when a number doesn't add up.
  • Comfortable reading dense planning officer reports without glazing over.
  • Bonus: a background in planning, geography, architecture, law, or property.
  • Self-directed in a remote async environment.
Marketing · Brand · Social

Marketing Intern

Help shape how Rasmere shows up in the wild. You'll own social, light brand work, and the steady drumbeat of content that makes property developers stop scrolling and pay attention.

What you'll do
  • Run our LinkedIn and X presence. plan, write, schedule, and engage.
  • Turn product wins, refusal patterns, and case examples into short-form posts and visuals.
  • Maintain a simple content calendar tied to product releases and planning news cycles.
  • Help shape brand voice and visual consistency across the site, decks, and reports.
What we're looking for
  • An eye for what makes a post worth stopping for. taste matters here.
  • Comfortable writing in a clear, confident voice. no jargon, no fluff.
  • Basic comfort with Figma or Canva for quick visual work.
  • Self-directed in a remote async environment.
