Founding Planning Analyst

Read decision notices for a living. Turn officer reasoning into the structured patterns that power every Rasmere report.

  • RTPI / MRTPI background, or 3+ years in a UK planning consultancy
  • Comfortable reading delegated reports and committee minutes daily
  • Opinionated about why applications get refused, not just whether
  • Will work directly with engineering on how patterns are modelled
Engineering

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

London / Remote (UK or EU) Full-time

Own large parts of the stack. TypeScript end-to-end, Postgres, edge functions, AI synthesis pipelines.

  • Strong TypeScript + React experience (TanStack / Next / similar)
  • Comfortable in Postgres: schema design, RLS, performance
  • Has shipped production AI features and understands their limits
  • Likes small teams, real ownership, fast feedback loops
Growth

Growth Lead (Property)

  • Sold to property professionals before (PropTech, BIM, planning, finance)
  • Comfortable cold-emailing developers and walking site visits

  • Equity-motivated; this is a founding commercial role
