30 day money back guarantee
Rasmere offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all paid plans and single report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Payments for Rasmere are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at team@rasmere.com with your order reference (the email confirmation we sent at the time of purchase).
We will review the request and, where approved, instruct Stripe to refund the original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access to paid features continues until then. Refunds for subscriptions are available within 30 days of the most recent payment.
Single report purchases
Each single report purchase grants one report credit. Refunds for unused report credits are available within 30 days of purchase. Where a report has already been generated and delivered, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe and typically arrive within 5, 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
