Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Rasmere offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and one-off report purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Rasmere orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at team@rasmere.com with your order reference and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately and access to paid features ends at that point. Refunds for subscriptions are available within 30 days of the most recent payment.

One-off report purchases

Each one-off purchase grants a single report credit. Refunds for unused report credits are available within 30 days of purchase. Where a report has already been generated and delivered, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
